1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using threats.run ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

threats.run is an AI-powered threat intelligence and detection engineering platform. We provide:

  • Threat intelligence feed aggregation and analysis
  • IOC (Indicators of Compromise) lookup and enrichment
  • Maya AI detection rules (Sigma, SPL, KQL, FQL, YARA-L, EQL, Sumo Logic, Devo, QRadar, XQL)
  • Vulnerability tracking and CVE information
  • Daily intelligence briefings

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features such as threat analysis and detection rule generation. Credit balances and usage are subject to change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage
  • Redistribute or resell threat intelligence data without permission
  • Submit malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

Detection rules generated by AI are provided for your use in security operations. Threat intelligence data is aggregated from public sources and attributed accordingly. The threats.run platform, branding, and original content remain our intellectual property.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect minimal personal data required for account functionality. Your tech stack and sector preferences are stored to provide personalized threat scoring. We do not sell your personal information. IOC lookups and URL submissions may be logged for service improvement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of threat intelligence data. Maya AI detection rules should be tested before deployment in production environments. We are not responsible for any security incidents that occur despite using our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, threats.run shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
